To the right is an ActiveX control created with the same DALI client libraries we provide to the end-user. The ActiveX
control can monitor and change the state of the Prometheus DAQ circuit, in turn affecting the state of the connected hardware.
The three colored lightbulbs and the fan unit are powered through relays which can be turned
on and off by toggling the first four Prometheus DIO lines. The temperature probes are read directly through the
first two A/D lines. The red/green/blue intensity of the glowball is controlled by the output of the first three D/A lines.
Go ahead and play with the ActiveX control. The temperature probes are touching the yellow light bulb,
and will heat up when the bulb is on. You can monitor the temperatures by looking at the dual bar graph, and cool
them down by turning on the fan. The three sliders control the Prometheus D/A which in turn change the color of the
glowball.
